The advertisement stated that parking spaces were available in the building. However, the advertisement did not mention that the parking spaces cost a lot and not a little. In other accommodations you have to pay for parking if they are offered free or it will be noted somewhere.

The staff at Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise are really good and welcoming, from the duty manager down. The hotel has a great location for visiting Broadbeach, with it being just a short distance away. It's convenient to have the beach, tram, bus stop to theme parks, and tram station nearby.
